Q: I'm eager to get started! When can I start fundraising?
A: We love your enthusiasm! Funds can only be collected during the 7-week campaign timeline (Friday, January 17, 2025 - Friday, March 7, 2025). Any funds collected outside of this window CAN NOT be counted towards your team's total. However, there are plenty of ways to prepare in the meantime (gather contact lists, prepare your letters/emails, reach out to corporate contacts for donation commitments, personalize your website). Find your Campaign Manager's contact information at the bottom of this page to learn more!
Q: How do I login and edit my fundraising page?
A: Every registered Candidate and Team Member will receive a customized fundraising page. Your link and instructions for logging in will be provided by your LLS Staff contact. You can also follow these instructions here.
Q: Help! I'm a Team Member, but I dont think I'm registered. What should I do?
A: Welcome to the campaign! To officially register and receive your customized fundraising website, please have your campaign candidates send you a link to their fundraising page so that you can register. Before you register, make sure you attend a Potential Team Member Interest Meeting or reach out to your teams LLS staff contact to set some time up to discuss what the program is and how you can help!
Q: How do I manage and track my donations?
A: You can manage and track your donations through you personal fundraising website! Your link and instructions for logging in will be provided by your LLS Staff contact.
Q: I received a donation via check. How do I make sure this is credited to my fundraising page?
A: You can upload checks by downloading the My LLS app and following the instructions HERE! Please reach out to your LLS Staff partner if you have any questions!
Q: Do you accept other types of donations (stock transfers, foundation contributions etc.?
A: We accept many different types of donations including stock transfers and gifts from foundations. Please review this resource for more information.
Q: Can I promote my campaign on social media?
A: Absolutely! You can post your personalized fundraising link on platforms like instagram, TikTok etc. If you plan to use Facebook to fundraise, please be sure to follow these instructions exactly in order to link your campaign properly. If you do not follow these instructions, funds raised through Facebook may not be counted.
