We know how integral you are to their success and are here to assist you in any way we can. We appreciate your commitment to helping beat cancer once and for all!
Your involvement is crucial to the success of your student. Remember, your student is driving the bus, but you and the LLS team are in the passenger seats giving those crucial directions!
Here is how you can help set your student up for success!
Complete the Parent/Guardian Checklist (some of these items are needed for your Student to get into the Hall of Fame)
Attend all (3) Goal Planning Meetings with your Student
Meet with your Parent Mentor/A Member of the Leadership Team
Attend your Student's official Team Meeting including LLS Staff

Complete YOUR checklist!
Provide them with contact information for people within your network
Connect your student to contacts where appropriate!

Donations of stock and Donor Advised Funds
Staying on track towards their goals
How do I keep my student motivated throughout the campaign?]
Keep it F-U-N!
Keep the MISSION and their WHY at the forefront of everything
Keep goals in mind (fundraising goals, Hall of Fame goals, professional development goals, etc.)
Celebrate every milestone!
Thank them, and keep thanking them, for taking on this incredible effort
Can I use my social media platforms to help? YES, PLEASE!
Make sure to include your students fundraising link in the post (on the flip side, if you are a team member, make sure to include YOUR personal fundraising link)
Facebook - create a Facebook Fundraiser through the LLS fundraising page (do NOT go through Facebook to set it up, please follow these directions to ensure your student receives funds)
Ask LLS staff for help to ensure you are setting it up correctly for your child to receive credit for funds raised
Instagram - Don't forget to put your student's or your fundraising page link in your Instagram bio and let your followers know that it is there!
